Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Homework assignment to client/group
Continue from last homework. Work deep into you "feeling" the body and using concentration.
Activities
Breath awareness.... into deepening and lengthening breath, add pause at top and bottom of breath. Went to 8 for exhale and inhale today.
Movement
Opp body work much easier in movement and breath takes concentration, when he's done about 3 on each side he needs a bit of coaching to coordinate but better
Cervical movements good
Bridge first I had him inhale lift chest by drawing shoulders down and together( not easy supine on bed) , activate arms pushing into bed 4-5 times. then I positioned his legs for bridge. The Bridge was so much more steady and lifted.
Breath into relaxation. Sensory river raft guided imagery. Connect nature and senses, (feel, smell, taste, hearing, vision)
Discussed Santosha and the ideas of finding ease and peace in the moments that seem difficult. He has lack of contentment at times but reminds himself that he has great friends and is safe and well taken care of where he is.
Client/Group progress summary
He sinks in and is ready for next thing
Progress on length and depth of breath smoother as well.
Flexion of elbow on L is easier and going to 90 degrees. Less coaching on coordination of breath with movement.
Cervical movements are good lifting head a bit on lateral, (see below)
Adding the posterior activation in upper back, shoulders and arms was super helpful for the bridge.
He responded really well to the guided imagery-helpful to remember senses and nature.
Reflection and self-evaluation
He saw the Neuro chiro who has some new ideas but is a big believer in cross body work and is happy he is doing breath work. He seems more hopeful.
His lifting head on flex is ok I wonder if lifting vs sliding for lateral flexion is too much.
Koshas
Annomaya - Covered with movement
Pranamaya - So much here with all of his stuckness, pooling, and pain. Breath and movement
Manomaya -address with learning new concepts in yoga and using concentration to do the practice.
Vijnanamaya -expand wisdom with teachings and connecting his guided imagery to that learning.
Anandamaya - I believe all the work when it's done in practice particularly alone-brings us closer to Anandamaya.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
Get his Feedback on the river senses imagery.
Try to devise more and strength, do holds with the bridge, lift heel bilaterally with the dorsiflexion (though his feet are at end of bed) so we will see.
Work more with abd squeeze on exhalation.
