Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Yoga Philosophy:
Raga is one of the most difficult causes of suffering to weaken and overcome. It contains in it the fear of not experiencing something again.
Raga can mean “coloring” because an experience can leave a stain on our psyche.
Raga is connected to dvesa, which is aversion. Practicing the tools of Kriya yoga of Patanjali weakens raga and dvesa.
Habitual patterns of behavior (samskaras) are formed by raga more than any other klesha.
Tools of Kriya Yoga: tapas, swadhyaya and swara pranidana. Transformation practice, self-observation and faith.
Today we will be in tune with our crown chakra or Sahasrara.

CLOSING
Client/Group progress summary
Ci said she feels different today, she thinks it is almost time for the baby to be born.
R feels stiff and sore.
J's hips are sore.
I told them to respect their bodies and just do what is possible today.
I also told them if they don't practice every day, their bodies will not strengthen muscles, and build bones, flexibility, and mobility. R replied it's boring to practice the same every day. I didn't answer right way.
I discussed this in my mentoring group and got lots of help about how to respond to that.
I had the chance to talk to my client and said: "if you don't practice every day, you will not build bones", which is what she wants. "I understand this can be boring for you, then practice focusing on different parts of the body each time. Another day, each different chakra (which she loves). Another day just the breath, etc. Create your own practice based on the sequence, then it will not be so boring."
Reflection and self-evaluation
I thought by this time my clients were already practicing every day and feeling stronger. But life and mental habits come on the way. Maybe I should stimulate them more during the week, sending emails, and messages? Or they were not ready? Not the right moment? I don't have the answers yet but I will continue trying.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
