Ann Swanson video access and practice for joint freeing neck/head movements. Hand movements. Feelings of spaciousness and lightness in neck, hands and wrists. Client shared an article of her late husband’s about living each day well, with acceptance. Shared interpretations of the article in relation to yoga practice on and off the mat.
