| Homework assignment to client/group | She started a new job and is worried about stress coming back so she is doing a 15 min daily recorded practice which includes asana, breath and centering |
| Activities | Asana, adapting with bolsters and blocks to not over stretch, we are mostly standing and laying down because she still isn't comfortable seated. We are working on strengthening her balance using the wall for support. |
| Client/Group progress summary | She is building a strong sense of herself through his process of where she was before and where she has come. She is still in pain but getting stronger and want to begin working on balance, she just got the ok from her dr for next week. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | This client is so open to every practice we try and she takes a piece of everything with her. She wants to continue to work together and get to a good place physically because of the area she has experienced pain for so long and we are hopeful we are moving in that direction, it gets better and better every week. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | When we get the ok to begin to strengthen the larger muscles in her legs, quads and hamstrings and will be beginning to work on balance and strength in the pelvic floor |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |
| Additional Information | |
| Personal reflection from doing client/group. | |
