Gita 6.23 - Yoga is a means to disconnect your identification with that which experiences pain. Therefore, be determined to steadily practice Yoga with a one-pointed mind.

Class was ended abruptly due to DC business - CO came to get them and they had to leave right away, before the usual end to class, so we missed the end of class relaxation today.

Client/Group progress summary

Tired, but pretty good participation. Moving a little slower than usual, more focus on breath. Good connection and sharing. Interest in core exercises.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I’m often concerned about the usual jail interruptions to class, but today it was not unnerving at all. I was able to calmly let them know that they could go on to the next thing and I’ll see them next Tuesday. It was all fine.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

After missing the relaxation today, I’d like to start it a bit earlier next time to make sure to give them extra time.
