Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Client/Group progress summary
Pretty chatty group today. Several have been either sentenced or offered plea deals recently, and shared with the group.
One with shoulder pain today.
One very distracted as witnessed by his losing focus on sequences.
One had just learned some had died and in the middle of class just needed to sit down and think.
Self-reported:
-I like the breathing and the stretching.
-The breathing and the relief
-I like practicing balance.
-I love the cobra and the breathing.
-I like being able to do stretches that I don’t normally do.
-Class was great! I really love the last part with the breathing exercise.
Reflection and self-evaluation
Some days I feel like their mother . . .

Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
After a really chatty group, I often think I need to change something, but then I look at what they are going through (and just the small part they are willing to share) and I know the important part is to keep showing up, even if we try the same things every week. And often that IS the important thing, to have something they can count on to be a certain way, a way that brings some relief.
So I’ll be doing much the same next week. I want to look for some warrior quotes or readings to bring, but I haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for.
