Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Client/Group progress summary
Calm, focused group today. One came in late, stayed off to the side, but participated.
This group moved slowly today. All very grateful for the class.
One wanted to talk more after class - the one that had brought up the question of why things seem to take so much longer than they should, which seemed to be a question on mindfulness, so I brought in paying attention to one thing without judgment.
I also brought in this: By meditation you can understand the thought forms and clean them up. —SSS
Reflection and self-evaluation
I felt good about the class. The room is HUGE and they were all spread out. I said they were challenging my peripheral vision lol. But they did not want to be closer to one another, so that’s ok. I like to let folks set up where they want to be. I have a huge teacher voice when I need to.
I feel like this class goes very fast. I’m trying to do more like what I do in the other Friday class so I don’t have to do so much planning
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
I think I want to start incorporating the resilient attitude stuff from the SMTT manual. Otherwise the outline remains the same, with as much attention as I can give to processing and relieving stress.
