Tadasana (mountain pose) client was instructed to breath in I am grounded and flexible. Nadi Sudi client was instructed to breath in “calm” and breath out “pain”. Client said she liked the deep relaxation part of the session. Client has not been able to meet with a Registered Dietician. Her acupuncturist has a referral for her but she has not contacted her acupuncturist about it yet. We lost internet connection – client’s laptop wasn’t charging correctly and we lost connection. Client couldn’t link up again and asked if we could continue at the next session. Thus, we were not able to discuss Stress Response Education due to the internet connection issue. We will get to it in the next session. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I'm not sure what to say expect that it was good. We will pick up where we left off next time. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
