| Client/Group progress summary | Client has made a lot of progress with being aware of his emotions as they show up in his body. In particular, he does very well with dealing with the inevitable sadness of life such as observing his aging, ill (such as dementia) relatives, and concerns over his own health and aging. He avoids both wallowing in sadness and running from or ignoring it; he is able to feel the pain and even cry at times. He experiences how moving his body, breathing, and relaxing help a lot. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I really enjoy how self-aware this client is - especially for a young male. He is also comfortable bringing up a wide variety of topics covering all koshas. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
