Building self-awareness and learning how to stay in the present moment are key to developing the ability to respond consciously (Bhagavad Gita)

Client/Group progress summary

Seeing consistent improvement in coordination and those willing to challenge themselves. Reports of feeling better after class, and one who has constant pain reported feeling improvement.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I’m still enjoying this group a lot, and have support from staff to continue as we are. I’m working on the balance between consistency and novelty. And I realize it may be more for me than the participants.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I’ll continue with this class, possibly redo the goals surveys, and create more workshops. So far I have “Hands and Feet”, “Fun with props” (which I’ll do with the other Friday group, too), and “Brain Yoga Part 2”
