“Breathe deeply In gratitude for the Present moment and the gifts it offers. In the present moment be fully aware of your body, mind and breath.”
The only time that we have to do anything is the present moment, the present is the only time not only that we have now but that we will ever have.

Client/Group progress summary

This group is fairly new, so after 4 sessions I notice them following along better but not so much difference in balance, coordination, etc.
Many comments about how much they need this and requests to have it another time during the week.
Many physical differences, limitations and adaptations needed.
Most are calm and peaceful during breathing practices and savasana.
They share about having difficulty quieting the mind.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I second guess the slowness of this class, and then have folks tell me that it’s exactly what they need. I still want to have a challenge. This week I gave them the advanced option of smiling - that was effective.
I like that this class, being new, is still small. The other class in this location is too big.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I’m planning to keep doing what I’m doing, and trying to come up with more and more options for folks (per pose).
