| Client/Group progress summary | Cara: at check in indicated energy was good. Quiet, spent some time standing in the corner and some time seated in the circle - but participated the entire time. Indicated she felt good at checkout. Young female participant: challenging to understand her speech, but indicated energy was good. Participated the entire time, and seemed to have prior yoga experience. Seemed more peaceful at checkout. Steve: in and out during class, got coffee. Indicated energy was low at check in, seemed to be in some physical discomfort, but did engage with some practices. Chris: energy good at check in, was called out by staff for first third of the practice. At checkout seemed very calm - Carolyn told him he looked "blissed out" and he lit up with a big smile. Malik: very energetic/rajasic - drummed a lot on the chair - and others followed. Mentioned using the drumming to "get out the rage." Stayed very engaged. During seated figure 4/pigeon mentioned tightness in his left hip, modified to bring his right foot to the ground instead of his left knee. Seemed to have released some of his extra energy at the end. Young male participant: some language barrier, he engaged in the drumming at the beginning, left about halfway through the practice. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
