Mechanics of breath has improved
Movement better lifting left arm a bit more. I can tell he's practicing.
He says "it takes a lot of concentration!" I say ah ha
Working on sliding head and coordinating breath.
He enjoys getting into rhythm takes a few reps to get into groove.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I am working on giving him philosophical ideas of yoga- he has experience with other philosophies, so we have very interesting discussions.
I am trying to create a new way to look at philosophy

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Working more with lengthening breath so that the movement is slow and intentional.
Keep working with guided imagery to connect to body and nature.
