Client/Group progress summary

Client's right hip is slowly have more range of motion. I'm slowly adding on more strengthening poses.

Reflection and self-evaluation

The client really wanted to jump with all the movements. I explained we're going to definitely move and work but with consistency and slowly add on more challenging postures. I don't want her to over do her hips and cause more harm. Sometimes less is more.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Holding a certain pose for a bit longer to see how her hip (and mind) will handle ex. tree pose, Play with the drishti.

Wisdom:
introspection - looking inward. moving in cat/cow with the eyes closed or gaze down. examining ones thoughts and feeling as she moves
proprioception - feel how her body moves through space with the breath. Sense her body with the action of breathing, moving and what's parts are moving.
