Feedback on Scope

Being stress management the emphasis for the goal may be more compelling by prioritizing the goal of coping with cognitive stress, which in turn may (or will) help reduce client's shoulder pain. The CY is important of course but as a yoga therapist consider 80% of what the client wants, and 20% of what is needed.
So simply by rewording the goal will actually connect to the plan more clearly.

For example: "The goal is to help my client cope with cognitive stress and achieve relief from shoulder pain . . . guided centering on breath. . . "
Then it really ties in with the key teaching.

diabetes also crosses over into Stress Management. . well done. This research
