Great adaptability in offering an inversion rather than child pose especially that legs up the wall support relaxation.

Just remember that as a yoga therapist, diet recommendations are out of our scope of practice, even with an introductory Ayurveda course. The course for us is to help us understand doshas and how to use practices to help balance imbalances. Referring your client to an Ayurvedic practitioner to enhance your plan would be great.
