| Scope - Key teaching and goal identified; appropriately applied to client/group throughout TCA |
| ||||||||||
| Feedback on Scope | Moving forward please make the principle teaching description more sentence like: This part of your key teaching: "Pranayama and restorative yoga be included as well." would go into the section "How do you envision working w/ client". | ||||||||||
| Comprehension of Core Concepts - Demonstrates a clear understanding of concepts from the training and IY with the integration of critical thinking skills in goal and implementation. |
| ||||||||||
| Feedback on Comprehension of Core Concepts | I gave you proficient in this area because I would like to know more about the client in the "selected client" section of the TCA. Without giving me information based on what the client is presenting with, and even what his/her goal is, it becomes a "guessing game" as information begins to reveal itself throughout the TCA. - Example: Client is (M) 52 and presents with rajasic energy, anxiety, and has a PMH (previous medical history-if applicable). . . . Client's goal is to reduce stress and detox. | ||||||||||
| Analysis of Key Issues - Shows consideration of specific client/group, IY, core training, and Yoga Therapy. |
| ||||||||||
| Analysis of Key Issues Feedback | Reflecting back on previous feedback. | ||||||||||
| Application Key teaching and goal are clearly and appropriately addressed in plan and follow up. |
| ||||||||||
| Application of Key Teaching Feedback | Very good, from what I gathered simple follow up such as hot water throughout the day is a great idea and one that seems accessible for your client. Maybe that would be it as far as proactively engaging daily along with restorative and tongue scraping a night. Start little by little. Think of long term by offering a follow up phone call a few weeks later, see how it is going, then suggest something else, like the biggest meal midday. . . the alcohol is a tough one because it has qualities of addiction. As his diet changes, rajasic qualities minimize, the alcohol consumption may naturally dwindle. Watch our scope of practice. | ||||||||||
| Relevance and Accuracy - Justifies methods and application. |

| Relevance and Accuracy Feedback | |||||||||||
| Integration and Originality - Exhibits critical thinking and individualized approach to TCA. Shows a difference between Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist approach. |
| ||||||||||
| Integration and Originality Feedback | I think you used the principle teaching well as a yoga therapist. It is a fine line between applying some Ayurvedic principles and crossing the line to an out of scope practice for our field. Suggestions of hot water through the day, and eating largest meal at lunchtime is good! | ||||||||||
| Observations, Recommendations, Alternative Solutions - Reveals significant reflection and understanding of population and key teaching. Displays ability to adapt, adjust, accommodate. |
| ||||||||||
| Observations, Recommendations, Alternative Solutions Feedback | Great. You recognize the delicacies and the subtitles of this plan. | ||||||||||
| Writing Skills and Professional Presentation - TCA is presented in professional manner. |
| ||||||||||
| Writing Skills and Professional Presentation Feedback | No mistakes! |
