I could use more information about this client. Why is the key teaching applicable to the client's needs. What is the client presently presenting with.
In the goal you explain improving sleep. In the client history (selected client) noting what the client is presenting with will greater support the key teaching
Does the client's work cause him stress? Does the stress affect the client's sleep? Include a little more compelling detail.
