Feedback on Scope

Very good. Clear and concise. Key teaching supports goal.

- It would be good to attach this to your report / reports in the future when you include pre and post scale assessments to support your plan. (of course do not include the persons name). These assessments are important because they support the efficacy of your plan of care, rather than saying "I felt she benefited a lot from them."

- A couple of "wording" choice refinement that I would like to share:
"in middle aged people": generally as yoga therapists we would put the "person, people" before their "identification". For example can say "for those who are middle aged", or other examples of person before identification, . . . those who are blind, or a man with osteoarthritis, and so forth.
Also watch the word "treatment". We aren't "treating" our clients. We are offering tools to support well being.

- "Hatha yoga can be an effective tool in treating symptoms". Rather you can say Hatha yoga can be an effective tool in reducing the symptoms associated with OA.
PS: OA is not restricted to only middle, and/or older age groups.

Analysis of Key Issues Feedback

Same as above. I was a little nervous about some of the poses you included such as uthan pristhasana. That could be quite intense even for those without OA.
Also, don't forget that strengthening is equally as important as stretching. The muscles around the hip need to be stronger to offer greater support. You chose some postures that will develop strength for sure, but you might have missed that by envisioning the practice is based on stretching.
