| Scope - Key teaching and goal identified; appropriately applied to client/group throughout TCA |
| ||||||||||
| Feedback on Scope | Stress mgmt does include asana, so I am glad to see in your reflection that you realized asana is important especially if someone is experiencing depression / anxiety. Either way there is a block in prana vayu so asana will help shift that energy. When someone is stuck in mind it is very difficult for them to move into a subtle practice like meditation. | ||||||||||

| Application Key teaching and goal are clearly and appropriately addressed in plan and follow up. |
| ||||||||||
| Application of Key Teaching Feedback | I wonder if 15-20 minutes 2x a day is actually doable for your client? Maybe that could include gentle movements to prep her for meditation? | ||||||||||

| ||||||||||
| Observations, Recommendations, Alternative Solutions Feedback | "If I was faced with the same situation again I might start my sessions with a bit of movement first and then move into the meditation portion of the sessions. In this particular case, I was only doing 30 min sessions so that wasn't possible but I prefer the heating aspect of movement to then ease into the meditation." I believe that including some movement could be possible. The connection of movement and breath is a meditation in itself. | ||||||||||
