you demonstrated understanding with working over Zoom. I know it's a challenge but you've received good feedback from your client so that's wonderful! Bringing in pranayama and checking in with her always is crucial. I love how you were able to pivot when you didn't feel comfortable. It takes time to build trust and feelings of safety with a client so you were spot on to trust your gut feelings.
