Great to be able to put the teachings into action to calm yourself. 🙂 Good to see your reflection about the restorative pose for the body scan. Better to keep it simple and use shavasana to begin with. If in person? you could set up your client for a restorative pose. It is very difficult to explain and instruct via zoom and almost impossible to see if it is set up correctly (need photos) and I would also want to know why each posture is chosen and why in that sequence etc.
