OF course this TCA shows a difference between yoga therapist and a yoga teacher.
Also allowing the client to establish their own method (imagery) makes it that much more powerful and this is a sign of a yoga therapist- allowing the individual to discover, apply, and implement their own agency.

"If faced with the same situation I would take the same approach. This client needed to feel like she was in control of her plan even with my own ideas behind it. This is a big part of understanding the whole person and being able to meet them where they are"

This is great Simone. It is so important to meet the client where they are. A good ration of client / therapist plan of care is give them 80% of what they want and 20% of what they need.

A few bumps in the writing but overall the entry was clear and fluid.

"Including meditation with imagery into the practice to assist with the big changes in her life."

"She has always been very active and since her knee surgery is feeling stiffer everywhere but mostly in her hips." (a little clunky of a sentence: You can make it more concise: She has always been very
active. Client reports since her knee surgery, she is feeling "stiffer" especially in the hips"

"if i installed my own it probably wouldn't work for this client". Actually the word is instilled.
