Great idea to have the client lie down vs sit up for this practice - much more conducive way to relax, and made it more likely to adhere to the schedule I would think. The idea of starting slow and building up to daily 5 min practice was doable and good to know that she continued beyond that. By sharing the relevant research you played right into her weak spot - her skepticism, well done!
