What differs a hatha class from an iyengar class?
I think you could have reaccessed the additional yoga class.

IF the client is already practicing 3 times a week, that is a lot.
You might have chosen to integrate the "essence of integral yoga" into
their iyengar practice. Beautiful spontaneity in your reflections. You may have worked with a portion of their Iyengar practice that is already in place, and introduce it in an Integral style.

The intention is beautiful. Perhaps the tools were too many.

The plan of action seemed fully packed- I don't meditate 2x and day- morning/night.
Too much can get confusing: like going to an ice-cream store with 25 flavors: I always
take the simplest: chocolate!

This is a beautiful opportunity to implement some raja-niyama: to recognize first what cannot change, then to see what can change. ( like the serenity poem)
This way the practice becomes her own- your goal!
... that she continues to learn about herself and to work at changing those things that she would like to change.

"I found that the pre and post surveys did not show change. The amount of Yoga the Client practiced remained the same, the amount of time measured that the Client could hold an asana remained the same. The only significant changes are that the client for the first time began a regular meditation practice two times a day".
