Nice to change from lying flat to 45 with bolster - ideal to go from work to relaxation. During intake - good to get those things that were meaningful as well as those that could trigger. Ocean - interesting. Also love the way you used gentle movement with the breath for the transition from work to relaxation and self care. Even through zoom - great that you could watch the calm come over here, the change in breathing pattern etc.
