I see the info from Kerala weight loss and reference to the dosha quizzes. However, all of the emphasis on weight loss and nutrition is outside of the scope of practice for a yoga therapist and not part of the course that Durga Leela taught.

Being able to adjust your plan to the person on the day of the session is important, but you might want to define how much....and at times know when to stick to your plan - or parts of it that are beneficial, all while staying within the scope of practice for yoga therapy.
