Good example of a breathing practice for someone with a pitta imbalance showing the signs of temper/anger/rage in that is is relaxing and soothing to the nervous system. During the exhale you could include some type of mantra that would allow her to let go of any of the feelings of anger/rage etc that might be helpful to her - as another example to deepen the practice. You might choose to add this an another session once she was comfortable with the breathing practice. You might have her counting to work toward the exhale being twice as long as the inhale (over time).
