Analysis of Key Issues Feedback
Excellent use of the IY branches of yoga to work with this client and the mantra might even be considered to be Bhakti. Great way to integrate each level/sheath of the Koshas to allow this client to find his own center of peace without the formality of seated meditation - rather the preparation to going back to that practice with time.

Application of Key Teaching Feedback
Some clients when they start out are eager to please and excited and may loose motivation if the assignment is too much....3x a day for a week, even the 5 mins could be too much for some and not enough for others. Great idea to add the journaling so that the before/after practice can be better measured. Great that the client reported that he did more because of how he felt!
