Feedback on Comprehension of Core Concepts

I love the idea of determining whether to continue, discontinue or expand the practice. A journal for record keeping would make this goal measurable as would the determination of whether to continue etc. Asking the client to journal could give them a place to record the positive thoughts that they used to replace the negative with and they might begin to use those in other ways as well, mantra etc.

Application of Key Teaching Feedback

Great integration of the branches of IY yoga in this plan and follow up has the journal recommendation. The mantra - positive in nature could also be a Bhakti practice depending upon what it was. Well done- simple 5 min practice daily that could really make a difference for this client in her quality of life.

Nice to see that you can alter the plan - on the fly with the change to the pranayama practice. Another thought about lack of motivation and to energized would be skull shining/kapalbhati breath (if safe for client) or perhaps some gentle movement to make your way into the mind....back door approach. Also good to see how this could be different for another client.
