Client is looking to sleep better, as he often wakes up in the very early morning hours, and can't go back to sleep. He drinks coffee throughout the day to keep awake and alert. Practice 1 night a week (25 min) by listening to a recording of a personalized visualization with tense/release as client lies down for sleep.

Relevant Client(s) Details

Male, 37 y/o, allergies, sleep apnea, insomnia due to stress. Client reports working 50-60 hours per week, and often gets called into work during "off" hours, or will be required to be on-call. He wants to quit his job, but worries about how to support his family without his income or health insurance benefits.
