Ahimsa is the first of the yamas, which are ethical principles in which to live. This will involve working on ways to change the thought patterns, by changing the negative to the positive, and practicing kindness to all. | ||||||||||||||||

The client will think of her children as babies, her happy thought, when negative thoughts arise, which will help with relationships. She will begin a daily journal to reflect on her progress. She is generally with the boys, 24/7/365, with very few breaks, and limited in-person interaction with family members and friends.
