Sutra I:33 - "By cultivating attitudes of friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and disregard toward the wicked, the mindstuff retains its undisturbed calmness."
This sutra is also known as "the locks and keys" and can be very helpful when one finds oneself disturbed in a relationship or interaction.

Goal for implementation with client (Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound relating to the client):

Goal: To experience the calming effect of Raja yoga practice in daily life. Specifically: We will read together and discuss Sutra I:33: #1 session: Satchidananda's commentary #2: N.Joy Devi's #3: Carrera's Client will observe stressful interactions during interim and journal one time when sutra was helpful. We will discuss journal entries also.
