Grounding helps to balance vata and to be present in the moment.

For one month, using Ayurvedic practice of getting into nature, we will practice tree pose barefoot. I will guide client to support herself by the tree for stability for a total of 5 min practice.
Our goal is presence with self and nature and to experience ones connection as being apart of nature.

Client H, age 45 experiences anxiety and her at home desk job. Her stressful job amplifies her angst and disconnect.
Her prakriti is kapha and vikruti is vata-pita.
