JAPA Yoga movements can be a helpful compliment to recovery from joint injuries.

Client will learn and practice JAPA movements for shoulder and ankle and practice daily for one month (over the course of three sessions).
Client will assess pain-free joint range of motion (by noting approximate degrees) beginning of month and at the end of the month.

Client is very active - enjoys rock climbing, running, skiing, playing volley ball - and wants to be able to return to those activities.
