Describe your personal practice of yoga and how regularly you practice, including the style/tradition of your current practice: | I have had a regular practice since 2006, trying various kinds of yoga and attending classes at community centres and studios. In 2008 I completed a 200-hrs YTT in Ottawa Canada at a studio called Upward Dog Yoga, I didn't dive into teaching afterwards as I had completed the training to deepen my own practice. In 2018 I decided to do another YTT, this a 500-hrs one in Montreal Canada. All of my training and practice is Hatha focused, though I have attended Yin and Vinyasa classes. Currently, my practice in done in the early morning, starting with silence, breath work and meditation. I tend to practice a set sequence, one I learned at my teacher training, however, it can change from day to day. | ||||||
