Have you had a personal practice for at least one year?Yes
How long have you practiced yoga? Describe your personal practice of yoga and how regularly you practice, including the style/tradition of your current practice:

11 years. Initially I began practicing yoga attending studio classes offered during my time in college. I took a variety of types of classes. Over the years my practice evolved to include a home practice. I practice every day. My personal practice involves a home practice- I practice hatha, and meditation daily (and incorporated through the day as needed, practice has very much become life/ life has become intertwined with practice). I also practice breath work and most days, although for me this is less of a formal practice than my movement practice (although I feel as though my relationship with my breath work practices lies deeper than my physical movement practices). I still attend studio classes a few times a week and teach once a week, and substitute when possible. Much of my personal practice now involves planning classes, so even when I'm not practicing physically or actively, I am usually thinking about practice- be that dharma talks to include in class, or a movement sequence I enjoy and would like to teach or breath work that might be supportive in a class I'm preparing.

Do you meditate?Yes
How long and how often do you meditate?1-2 times a day for about 8-10 minutes at a time, usually with pauses for conscious breath throughout the day.
