It is understsnding ones mind and learning how to keep it in a state of balance, taking care of all the vrittis with awareness.Learning about your sensitivities and conditionding and risising above it.Recognizing our true potancial and shine.

What are your expectations as a student? What do you hope to gain, learn, or work on?

I would likeke to learn anatomy of body more on deeper level. Human body is very complex and mind has infinite potential. I want to learn and harness the skill of using both for the purpose of healing.

Why do you want to enroll in Integral Yoga Therapy Certification (IYTh)?

I believe Yoga’s practice has a very powerful effect on human body and mind. I feel many people are very much bound by the limiting beliefs and don’t understad the power of mind and body alignment.I feel I am not able to help much as a therapist since im bound by the rules and regulations. I can only teach what I am certified for.

How do you intend to use yoga therapy in your practice, both personally and professionally?

I want to grow old with grace, respecting my body. I want to be able to take care of myself and than help others around me.

Given your current or future commitments, how will you create the time and space to achieve your goals for the IYTh program and fulfill all of the training requirements?

I don’t have a busy schedule. I am going to go with the flow. If I am meant to do it things will take its couse and it will work out.
