the goal is to reduce the red rash on her legs she developed while visiting New Mexico and to decrease her anxiety from a 7 to a 3 (on a scale from 0 no anxiety to 10 daily panic attacks) over the next 2 weeks.

58 yo female who is generally healthy, no physical limitations, history of anxiety and depression.In the summer she went to New Mexico to meet her college girl friends for 5 days to reconnect, explore New Mexico and have a good time together.after 3 days she develops a red rash on both of her legs and she is feeling more anxious.She is asking me the beginning yoga therapist for recommendations.She has limited experience with yoga.
