Meet with client for 2 additional sessions. Offer one breathing practice and an asana sequence. Client will practice in the mornings before work 5 out of 7 days a week for 10 minutes over the next two weeks.

Relevant Client(s) Details

Client is a 38-year-old male who reports they have been previously diagnosed with depression. Client reports they are currently taking medication as prescribed by a psychiatrist. Client reports recreational marijuana use daily. Client states that they are overall physically healthy. From a guna perspective client reports tamasic symptoms which include difficulty getting out of bed, feeling lethargic, difficulty motivating himself, low energy and isolating.
