Plan Information

Selected key teaching (specific core concept):

Adopting downward facing dog pose (Adho Muka Svanansan)

Goal for implementation with client (Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound relating to the client):

My client will adopt downward-facing dog pose using a chair whenever they practice this pose instead of doing it on the floor.

Relevant Client(s) Details

My client is an elderly lady (65 years of age) with an Angioplasty and stent replacement for her heart. She is an otherwise healthy individual. She lost her husband a few months before her surgery and both her kids were living in a different country during that time. She is now living with her elderly kid's family. Due to her recent surgery, her doctor advised her not to let her head down below her heart.
