| Short notes on time with client: | The client discussed the acute back pain he experiences in relation to his career. He described the initial difficulty in relaxing, but noted that after the first pose, he was able to release tension and surrender to the support of the props. We explored various methods for integrating mindfulness into his work routine. The client agreed to keep a diary to document the pain scale for his lower back discomfort and to note the presumed causes of the pain. | ||||
| Follow up suggestions for your client (whether with you or on their own): | The follow-up session is scheduled for two weeks from now. The client has agreed to seek medical attention if the pain continues beyond this period. | ||||
| Reflection | |||||

| Did you have to adapt anything in your plan? What lessons did you learn? | I did not need to adapt anything. | ||||
| If you are faced with the same situation again in the future, would you approach it in the same way? Why or why not? What went well? What you might change and why?
