My client (Myself) will do the JAPA movements for the hip to improve their hip flexibility. They will do this once daily for two weeks and report to me after two weeks. The client will mark a weekly calendar after their practice every day to keep them accountable during these two weeks and report after their two-week mark.

Relevant Client(s) Details

My client (myself) is a 45-year-old woman with SI Joint pain in her left hip. She had neck, shoulder, and back pain in the past along with SI joint pain on her left hip. Recently she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
