My client will practice the therapeutic yoga pose Waterfall (legs up the wall) before going to bed every day for two weeks for 10 minutes. We will convene after the two weeks to discuss the progress.

My client is a 52-year-old Indian lady with Varicose veins on her right leg. She lost her 22-year-old son a few years ago and her husband struggles with alcohol addiction. She is stressed mentally and physically. She has a high cholesterol level and following some dietary changes and herbal medicines through some alternative medicine methods.
